Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up or login. Your charts, progress and saved projects stay on your device.

Does the app cost anything?

The app is free and shows ads. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Which features work offline?

Chart Maker and the row tracker work without internet. Tutorials, inspiration, videos and the AI tools need a connection.

How do I export a chart?

Open the chart in Chart Maker, tap the menu and choose Export & Share to create a PDF with a color key or an image.

How do the AI tools use my data?

Before you use an AI tool for the first time, the app asks for your permission. The text you type and any photo you choose are sent to our server and processed by Google Gemini and OpenAI only to create the reply or image. Details are in the Privacy Policy. AI results can be wrong; please check stitch counts and measurements.

How do I report an inappropriate ad or AI image?

Ads: open Settings > Report an Ad, or email us with a short description of the ad and where it appeared. AI images: tap the report button on the Pattern Canvas result.

How do I limit ad tracking?

The app shows the Apple tracking prompt; you can change it any time in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you can change your ad consent in Settings > Ad Privacy Choices inside the app.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. To ask us to delete data held by our server, email support@duysoft.org.
